Basic Specifications about HFP 4008
Most of the plots which are available in India are narrow and long with the front end is meant for access from the main road. The house is developed with a building footprint of 45 x 25 ft which can fit well on any narrow plot. The layut is very linear as one side is meant for all the usable space and the right side of the plot if meant as the passage and staircase space for acessing the upper floor.
The lower floor includes, the large living room, next to kitchen and lavish dining space with a common toilte in betwenn. The upper floor includes two bedrooms and a study sapce which shares a common toilet. One bedroom has an attached bathroom space to itself. The size of this small house plan is well to fit for quite a good number of plot sizes available in India. Do let us know if you like the plan but need few changes as per your plot size.
