This design for a compact 2BHK apartment building features four flats per floor, each with a total area of 9,00Sq.Ft. per flat. The layout is optimized for maximizing views from both sides of the apartment, with a common passage connecting the kitchen and bedroom space with the living room. The entrance foyer leads to a spacious dining area which is also part of the living room space. The common toilet is conveniently located near the living room and closer to the main entrance for easy access from all rooms. The master bedroom includes an attached en-suite bathroom but balcony space as the living room includes one small and compact balcony space to itself.
With a floor height of 3.30 meters all the rooms do feel spacious even though th floor area is only 900 sq.ft. per flat. This high-rise building has 12 floors and two levels of car parking. Each floor contains four flats which are well acessed through common lobby space which is of optimal size and includes two lift blocks and one staircase block with an external window. This layout is optimal for use if the plot is small, but there are good chances of modifying the same further to accomodate certain specific requirements as well. |
