This two floor house plan is one of our oldest house plans which can very well fit on any plot size of 80 ft x 90 ft or so. A corner plot will be a good choice for the same as the house as window openings on all sides for best cross ventilation within the house. The 3500 sq.ft. house floor plans includes a double volume living room space along with an open kitchen and dining space next to it. The ground floor has only one bedroom with attached bath but has sliding glass door openings on two of its sides which will give a great view from the room. Hopefully the plot will be big enough to have enough space for a lavish back yard garden.
The upper floor overlooks into the living room below and provides a good visual connectivity between the two floors. Along with a welcoming lobby space, first floor also hosts a study and two generously sized bedrooms along with attached bathrooms and walk-in-wardrobes. Both the bedrooms also have large window openings which will give way for a better view of the back garden. The overall feel of the house is luxurious enough for a modern family so a corner plot will be most suitable to make this house plan alive.
