In this luxury apartment building plan we have two almost identical apartments placed next to each other which are accessed from a common lobby space with two lift blocks and a common staircase. Each flat has three bedrooms with one attached and one commonly shared bathroom. One enters the house through the lobby spaces which leads one to the open kitchen and dining space.
