HomePlansIndia.com has been one of our most adventurous and ambitious venture for providing architectural design consultancy ONLINE. We have developed couple of house plans and apartment building designs so as to given an idea of different design possibilities. Over past 11 years we have been working towards providing Comprehensive Architectural and Structural Design Services along with Building Services (i.e. Electrical Design, Plumbing Design, etc). The work starts with Concept Design and then moves towards developing all necessary details under Detailed Design phase in which we try to work and develop all necessary construction details so as to construct a well thought out house for lifetime.
We have showcased some floor plans and elevation designs to give an idea about what all possibilities are there, but it is not an extensive collection of design idea and rather just a glimpse of what we do and what more we can do with your project. The possibilities of design development varies from project to project and There are lot more design ideas that we can develop as per your site conditions and climatic situation.
We sincerely believe that houses have to be designed with a good thought to begin with as it will then last for a lifetime. There are no shortcuts and no corners which can be cut to build homes which needs to be stable and sturdy for lifetime. It is also the most symbolic relationship between the built structure and the family who inhabits it, so ....

Master Planning of a Residential Township on 5 Acre Land
This project involves the comprehensive master planning and architectural design of a 5-acre residential development in Lagos, Nigeria, envisioned as a well-balanced, community-oriented living environment. The master plan comprises five thoughtfully designed residential apartment buildings, each rising Ground + 7 floors, strategically placed to optimize natural light, ventilation, privacy, and open spaces across the site.
At the heart of the development is a strong emphasis on livability and community well-being. Generously landscaped gardens create green buffers and shared recreational zones, offering residents a calm retreat from the urban surroundings. A centrally located community center acts as a social hub, encouraging interaction, gatherings, and shared activities among residents of all age groups.
Dedicated children’s play areas are integrated into the master plan to ensure safe, accessible, and engaging outdoor spaces for young residents. The overall circulation and zoning of the site are carefully planned to maintain pedestrian safety while providing ample open parking, ensuring convenience without compromising the quality of outdoor spaces.
The project reflects a holistic approach to large-scale residential planning—where architecture, landscape, and community spaces come together to create a sustainable, comfortable, and inclusive residential enclave tailored to the urban context of Lagos.

An Apartment Building Design
This project is a conceptual residential apartment building design developed for a private client in Bangalore in 2018. The brief was to design a Ground + 8 floor apartment building that balances efficient space planning with comfortable, light-filled living spaces suited to an urban Indian context.
Each floor is planned to accommodate three residential units, comprising two well-designed 2 BHK apartments and one compact yet functional 1 BHK apartment. The layout is carefully organized to ensure privacy between units while maintaining clear circulation and ease of access.
A key design feature of this project is the inclusion of open-to-sky balconies for every apartment, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor views, improved airflow, and a stronger connection to the surrounding environment. These balconies also act as transitional spaces between indoors and outdoors, enhancing everyday living.
To support healthy and energy-efficient interiors, the apartments are designed with sufficiently large windows, positioned to maximize natural daylight and cross-ventilation throughout the living spaces. This approach reduces dependence on artificial lighting and mechanical cooling, while creating bright, airy homes that respond well to Bangalore’s climate.
Overall, the project demonstrates a thoughtful approach to mid-rise residential design—combining practical unit planning, climatic responsiveness, and contemporary living requirements within a compact urban footprint.

completed bungalow project at indore, madhya pradesh, india
A development of a residential bungalow at Indore for a family of three people has been a great experience for us as the three sides of the plot was shared with neighbors and the construction had to be done in such a way that there is enough light and ventilation within the house even though there is only one front façade to allow one to create window openings for a view or for breeze. Each and every room has been designed to have an external window to itself along with all the 6 bathrooms in the house. The terrace floor is designed to have a barbecue space along with a retractable skylight and vertical garden for parties. With this project we embraced the reality of plot sizes that are available in India and also the design approach which will allow for proper breeze movement through the house.
