HomePlansIndia.com has been one of our most adventurous and ambitious venture for practicing architectural design consultancy ONLINE. We have developed couple of house plans and designs for clients from India and also from all over the world in past 9 years of our existence. Now our endeavor is towards dedicating our work in designing homes and apartments which are to be built well and in detailing them so they are constructed well for lifetime.
We have showcased some house plans and design ideas to give an idea about what can be done and what possibilities are there. There are lot more design ideas that we can develop as per your site conditions and plot size. Over the years these house plans have been developed meticulously so as to provide newer opportunities for designing houses. |
We at HomePlansindia.com clearly believe that houses have to be designed with a soul in it so that they have a good thought to begin with as it will last a lifetime for our client. There are no shortcuts and no corners which can be cut to build the house which needs to be stable and sturdy for a lifetime. We have been working with our local governing bodies for the better of our public open spaces and parks. With one such initiative started by us for a 1.6 Acre Park has been approved and soon the work on the same will start. The project is located in Bandra (West), Mumbai, India. Our firm Atelier ARBO is not just into designing homes for people all over India and abroad, but it is also to create well thought out spaces for common people. With this initiative and personal drive we are glad to be part of such projects in our city. Post Coronavirus Pandemic in India, we hope more and more children will join us in exploring and enjoying this nature park in our vicinity.
An Apartment Building Design
Here is an example of a resdiential Apartment Building Design (Concept Design) which we have developed for one our clients in Bangalore in 2018. The project was to design a Ground + 8 floor apartment building which will includes three flats on each floor with 2 no of 2BHK Flat and 1 no of 1 BHK flat. Each flat includes an open to sky balcony to have a better view along with sufficiently large windows for proper light and ventilation.
Latest Residential Apartment Building Design at Liberia, West Africa
This residential home plan and design has been developed for our client in Liberia who was looking for a mixed use family home. The plot for this house is perfect for an architect to design the house as it is just next the sea. So with such great location and grand view of the vast sea we proposed to develop three bedroom flats on each floor which can be accessed through a common staircase. The ground floor or the lower floor is left vacant for parking cars or for general space for functions or more. The overall house has a very simple approach the the same with very unique cantilever balconies to give a better outdoor connection for each flat.

Latest Completed Bungalow Project at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
A development of a residential bungalow at Indore for a family of three people has been a great experience for us as the three sides of the plot was shared with neighbors and the construction had to be done in such a way that there is enough light and ventilation within the house even though there is only one front façade to allow one to create window openings for a view or for breeze. Each and every room has been designed to have an external window to itself along with all the 6 bathrooms in the house. The terrace floor is designed to have a barbecue space along with a retractable skylight and vertical garden for parties. With this project we embraced the reality of plot sizes that are available in India and also the design approach which will allow for proper breeze movement through the house.
