Guest Post Writing Specifications

We do get a lot of queries for guest posts from time to time, but as we have observed that some of them are not what we are looking for, we felt the need to specify our requirements clearly. I hope this doesn't sound arrogant, but we have received requests for content which are utterly disgusting and feel will offend our house planner client. So here is our list for you to check before you send us a mail.
Our requirements are:
1. Any article related to house building, construction, home renovation, maintenance, home valuation, etc which is related to our websites core idea (of online house planning and design)
2. The article has to be minimum of 500 words to a maximum of 1000 words.
3. Each article can have one website links (do follow) maximum which are related to construction industry. Not showing a shoe company or lipstick manufacturer, etc.
4. Each guest post will last on our website for a period of 6 months or 12 months depending upon the fee paid. Price differs from time to time, so do email us to know more about it at [email protected]
5. All payments are done by PayPal and once the payment is received then the article is published. Sample article has to be shown beforehand for approval.
6. No links can be attached to our existing articles as they are written for our client purposes, so only space provided is under the heading of guest post.
7. If you want us to write the article then our fee for the same can be shared with you by email.
