Constructing a family home has always been a bundle of activities starting with planning, discussion, costing and finally building. Although the process may sound simple, but its difficult till the time you get the right design and floor plan for your requirements.

Considering the need & demand for quality designs we have created these designs, which have been divided in to four sections, namely Family Home Plans, Unique Home Plans, Plans for Developers & Custom Home Plans. Browse through these sections as per your interest, requirement and if you still don’t find the best but convinced that we can assist you then you can get in touch with us at homeplansind@gmail.com.

Once you have selected the design that pleases you the most, then
STEP 1 – Email us requesting more info about the design with DESIGN Code
               (ex. PLAN 2007)
STEP 2 – We will mail more details about the house, i.e. about option of drawing sets,
               costing sheet, structural design, material specification list, etc for a price.
STEP 3 – Confirm your DESIGN Code along with the packages that you would like to buy.
STEP 4 – Following your confirmation we will request you Delivery Address and Payment
               details (all drawings and details are sent by courier service)
