This layout is very compact as there is very minimal wastage of common space between 4 flats which are part of each floor of this Ground + 7 floor apartment building. The ground floor is meant for stilt car park along with other infrastructural facilities like water tank, septic tank, etc.
Each floor is well accessed by a dog-legged staircase and two common lift blocks along with an Electrical wiring shaft and Fire Safety shaft.
