At HomePlansIndia.com (Atelier ARBO (OPC) Private Limited, Mumbai, India), we strive to deliver high-quality architectural designs and drawings that meet professional standards and client expectations. However, due to the digital and customized nature of our products and services, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All home plans, drawings, and designs purchased through www.homeplansindia.com are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been processed and the digital files (PDF or AutoCAD drawings) have been delivered via email or download link.
As architectural design drawings constitute intellectual property and copyrighted content, once shared, they cannot be “returned” or revoked. Hence, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.
2. Custom Design Services
For custom home design projects, the fee structure and payment milestones are discussed and finalized directly with Atelier ARBO (OPC) Private Limited prior to the commencement of work.
In case of any accidental or duplicate payment, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with proof of payment. Upon verification, the Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 days
4. Damaged or Incorrect Files
If you receive corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect files, kindly contact us within 48 hours of purchase at [email protected]. We will promptly re-send the correct digital files at no additional cost.
5. Copyright & Usage Terms
All home plans, drawings, and designs remain the exclusive copyright property of Atelier ARBO (OPC) Private Limited.
Purchasing a design provides the client with a one-time right to build the structure on a single plot. Reproduction, duplication, or modification for multiple uses or projects without written consent constitutes copyright infringement and is subject to legal action under Indian law.

- Once the design process begins and conceptual drawings or deliverables are shared, no refund shall be provided for work completed up to that stage.
- In exceptional cases, if a client chooses to discontinue the project before any work has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
- All such cases will be evaluated individually at the discretion of Atelier ARBO (OPC) Private Limited.
