These houses have multiple combinations in terms of storage space, toilets, parking space, etc. Within each design also there are possibilities of converting/interchanging room functions to fit in special family needs. You can always ask us to do specific tweets to make the design most suitable for your family.
All the designs have been divided into three sections, i.e. Small (S), Medium (M) and Large (L) as per the BUA (Built up Area) of the overall house. The classification is
Upto 1000 sq.ft = Small (S)
1000 – 2500 sq.ft = Medium (M)
2500 & above = Large (L)

Each design has been reasonably priced and it gives you the option of selecting different packages which are Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Views, Area Statement, Material Specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & Cost Estimate.
